One of the hero pieces of my collaboration with ABLE this fall was the Rose Striped Sweater Tunic. I am a huge fan of a striped sweater. It’s a classic and timeless style. And I find them so easy to style with the pieces in my wardrobe. I was so happy that many of you felt the same, the sweater is practically sold out. The only bummer is that it won’t be restocked (at least this year) because when we were planning how many units to order, I wanted to be very cognizant of avoiding any waste. Having never done anything like this ABLE collab we were conservative on how many pieces to order. I’m happy so many of you love the sweater. And I am bummed for anyone that missed out.
So over the weekend I searched for some great striped sweaters, sustainably made and at a similar price point. I’ve personally shopped from all of these brands. (Except Universal Standard, but I’ve heard great things). I actually have this style from Alex Mill that I bought years ago. It’s great because you can wear the buttons in the front or back. (A nice option for those of you who can’t wear wool/cashmere).
On a separate note, I am currently in the planning stages for another collaboration with ABLE launching next fall and I’m really excited. I’ll definitely be polling all of you on here and IG for feedback on styles and fabrics in the coming weeks and months.
