SUEDE MOCASSINS: M. Gemi c/o // JEANS// SWEATER (also here) // BAG // WATCH // SCARF

I packed these blue M. Gemi suede moccasins for our weekend in Boston because I was hoping for a comfortable shoe to wear all day. I had never worn them before so I was a little nervous to put them on and walk around Boston for 8 hours but they were amazing. Super soft and basically molded to my feet, they were great for walking to the Public Garden and then around the city to lunch and all the way back to the hotel.

If you’ve never heard of M. Gemi, it’s an incredible website for high-end, Italian-made women’s shoes at a fraction of department store costs. Working with factories directly in Italy, the shoes are all hand made and the high end craftsmanship shows. My blue moccasins have my initials inside the shoe in gold, such a delightful detail and a great option if you’re thinking about holiday gift ideas. With new shoes arriving every Monday on the site, it’s hard not to treat yourself to a new pair of shoes every week!

Great with jeans and a cozy sweater for the weekend, or paired with wool trousers and a silk blouse during the week  for client meetings. They come in 12 gorgeous colors from bright green and deep blue to soft neutrals, perfect for whatever shade works best with your wardrobe. I love that the blue adds a nice pop of color to your outfit. Looking to add some leather booties to your closet this season? My favorites are the Arco and the absolutely stunning over the knee Altezza. I can’t imagine a sweeter gift than a monogrammed pair of moccasins for someone special on your list. Loving the blue suede shoes! I have a similar pair I purchased in Italy. Luckily, this fall has blessed us with perfect pre-boot weather. Looks like a beautiful day in Boston!

  5. WEEKEND GETAWAY IN BOSTON | Prosecco & Plaid – A Rhode Island based fashion and lifestyle blog

[…] The first day we walked the City and peaked into a few cute shops. We met my best friend living in Boston at her office and went to dinner at DeLux Cafe in Back Bay. You wouldn’t even notice it if you walked by but the food was amazing! Highly recommend for dinner or drinks. For outfit details see my post here. […]

Hi was wondering if these shoes are true to size? i am a US size 6 and am trying to decide between a size 36 or 36.5 🙂 thanks!!

    1. Jessica

I am typically a size and went with a 7.5, I think you’ll probably be better off going up half a size.
