SELF-CARE GIFT GUIDE
For the first holiday gift guide of the season it only felt right to share some of my favorite things for self-care. This month has felt like an eternity, let alone 2020, and honestly I am already blocking off time during the holidays for some major decompressing. Of course self-care goes beyond baths, sleep masks and CBD but sometimes the seemingly frivolous are just what I need for some relaxation. My holy grail clean beauty product especially for headaches. When I was pregnant this was my absolute lifesaver and when I feel a migraine coming on I rub this all over my neck and forehead. Nail Serum
I received this nail growth serum as a gift from a small, Black woman-owned business and it has absolutely saved my nails. And I can’t believe how quickly my nails grow with it and it has helped strengthen them and improved my cuticles as well. I don’t even remember the last time I had a mani and this stuff has kept my nails looking healthy.

Lord Jones CBD Body Lotion
I asked Craig if he had any ideas for self-care gifts and other than maple syrup which I said was not really the type of gift idea I was looking for he said “that men’s lotion you gave me.” Lord Jones Body Lotion isn’t men’s but it does have a musky scent. My favorite non-toxic candles made with sustainable vegetable wax and a cotton wick. These have a super subtle but really soothing and refreshing scent. They make great gifts too.
