I drove by one of our local farm stands yesterday and they already had trees out. Usually you can’t find a tree anywhere on this island until after Thanksgiving. It all does seem a bit rushed this year, maybe because Thanksgiving is so late and then it’s basically three weeks until Christmas. I’m trying to remember to appreciate these last few months of our family as it is now, since everything will change soon. We’ve been a bit non stop with the addition and work so I’m excited for a few days of food and relaxation for the holiday (although knowing Craig he’ll be in the garage banging nails). After driving by those trees yesterday I’m very tempted to go get one, too soon? Wishing all of you a happy weekend.
