Anyone else have absolutely no idea that Daylight savings is this Sunday?! A reminder popped up on my calendar to my complete surprise. Don’t get me wrong I’m all for the extra hour of sunlight but we’re also anticipating a blizzard here tomorrow so I guess I’m just not feeling super spring-y. Trust me I am trying. Everything just feels pretty heavy and sad at the moment so I’ve been finding little pockets of joy wherever I can. Hope you are able to do the same.

If you’re looking for something to buy, try, read, share or pin, we’ve got you covered. Here’s the best of the week…

I feel heavy too. Lots of my own stuff going on but Ukraine horrific . I looked at your article about alcohol and age . I don’t profess to be any kind of expert on it but I’ve had my share of involvements with it crossing my path in relationships. I didn’t have family history and I was a typical going out with my friends social drinker . That lasted until well in my forties . When my son suddenly had liver issues and two years later died of it sadly with no warning signs, I stopped having cocktails except on Holidays. I understood that anyone abs any amount of drinks can really damage their bodies . Rich or poor , great jobs , great families or not it was a danger the Social Worker told me how hard this addiction was to stop and for families to watch. So today maybe I overthink it when I hear my young friends talk about hangovers . But I worry about them and my age doesn’t crave the sane lifestyle as before . When I get depressed, I run for a Starbucks . Thanks for the article . It’s important. It’s just as bad as the drug crisis young or old and leaves families devastated. ?
