It’s been a tough week as many of you know by now. We lost our family dog after 14 years. Holding Nora and Hunter extra close, and taking some time to grieve and remember all the good times we had with Ziggy. Thank you again for all of your kind and thoughtful messages. Wishing everyone a very happy weekend.

This paleo pumpkin bread from Julia looks so good.

All the Disney movies coming out from now to 2019. They’re finally making an Incredibles 2.

Anyone who’s ever lived in NYC will always have a soft spot in their hearts for a good bodega.

Is it just me or have cinnamon rolls been all over the place this week. Now I want to make this pumpkin version this weekend. Who wants to help me eat these? (C)

Have you guys heard of the home decor site The Mine? Check it out.

Everyone is talking about how amazing this book is: Little Fires Everywhere.

Um yes please. A step-by-step guide to getting your home in order and decluttered.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I know how hard it is to lose a family pet.

My family lost our family dog recently as well. She was 16 years old. A dog’s passing is always heartbreaking. I’m sorry for Ziggy’s passing. 🙁 That’s a lovely photo to remember your doggie by – thank you for sharing.

I am so sorry to hear about Ziggy’s passing. I know how heartbreaking this is.
I’ve always believed that we will see our fur babies in heaven and then my mom picked me up a copy of “I Will See You In Heaven” for my bday. There is so much comfort in this little book as it talks up evidence in Scripture that this believe of mine is true:) I know I can’t bear the thought of never seeing all my furry loves again.
Maybe this little book could bring you and your family some peace. XO!
