YUM! I am for sure trying this recipe!
These sound so yummy! Just a note (sorry if this sounds ruse), but these pancakes aren’t actually vegan. True vegans do not eat honey because it is produced by bees. Definitely a great egg/dairy free alternative though! Agave nectar might be a good honey replacement?
Ah yes you’re right. I have several friends that are vegan who eat honey so I always forget it’s technically not part of the vegan diet. But yes an easy substitute would be agave nectar or even maple syrup.
Mixed berry pancakes have become one of my favorite weekend breakfasts because the fruit adds enough sweetness that I barely need syrup. I started making vegan pancakes while trying to keep breakfast a little lighter and found that oat milk and mashed banana give them a surprisingly soft texture. I was also paying more attention to digestive comfort at the time and came across https://emma-relief.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html while researching related wellness products. Blueberries and raspberries are my favorite combination, especially with a spoonful of coconut yogurt. A relaxed homemade breakfast like this always makes Saturday morning feel more special.
