My Favorite Daily Harvest Smoothies and Bowls

I’ve mentioned my love for Daily Harvest many times before. They have been a true lifesaver postpartum so I wanted to share some of my favorite Daily Harvest smoothies, bowls and bites. Eating healthy and getting nourishing foods was really important for me postpartum, particularly after I suffered from PPH. In those first few weeks I needed quick and easy ways to get healthy foods so I felt nourished and energized (bonus that they have so many vegan options). Now that we are trying to minimize our trips out as much as possible, it’s great having smoothies, bowls and other recipes with frozen fruits and veggies, delivered right to our door. They’re fast and easy to make and they’re delicious. Use code KIRBY25 for $25 off your first box.

Their boxes are totally customizable so you can pick from tons of options (some of my favorites below). There are a lot of different dietary options to choose from too (gluten-free, paleo, vegan, etc). And the recipes are healthy combinations that I’d never think of but taste so good. Daily Harvest smoothies are my go-to for breakfast or a snack mid-morning or late afternoon. My favorites are the tart cherry and raspberry, chocolate and blueberry (totally satisfies my sweet tooth lately), cold brew and cacao (such a good afternoon pick-me-up), and strawberry and peach. They’re SO easy to make, just add liquid and blend. I use either coconut water or a dairy-free milk like oat or almond.

My favorite oat bowl is the mulberry and dragon fruit. It has just the right amount of sweet and tart. It’s my go-to breakfast lately because it’s quick, filling and tastes delicious. I usually add oat or almond milk and microwave for 3 minutes. I also love the espresso bean and tahini bites. A great snack especially for pumping sessions when I’m super hungry. If you’re looking for a way to get some easy to make healthy recipes definitely give Daily Harvest a try and make sure you use code KIRBY25 for $25 off your first box.
