Our Favorite Cookbooks

As many of you know collecting cookbooks has become a bit of a hobby of mine. I love flipping through the pages finding ideas and inspiration to make dishes at home. I don’t always follow the recipes exactly but that’s the beauty of it. Here are some of our favorite cookbooks.

Have you checked out the Moosewood Restaurant Table cookbook? It’s all vegetarian, the book is beautifully photographed, and the dishes are delicious. I just made the herbed quinoa salad with chickpeas, apricots and green olives and it is AMAZING.

Half Baked Harvest, the cookbook and website are both on my list of favorites as well. Since you like Half Baked Harvest you’ll probably like Smitten Kitchen. The website is a great resource and there are two cookbooks, maybe three, I have two. I’m a sucker for cookbooks.
