    Thanks for this breakdown! I take B12, folic acid, Vitamin D, and probiotics daily. Have you heard of Ritual vitamins? They seem to have a lot of the same supplements you mentioned but all in one pill. I haven’t tried it myself but I’m very interested in the brand! Plus for $30 a month it seems very reasonably priced.

    Awesome list!! You should look at Activated Nutrients for women. I power through it in a shot of TJs antioxidant juice blend. (Not the best tasting) But it’s amazing and I feel like a new person since I’ve been taking it. I wanted to love native but switched to Kopari deodorant. Loving it so far. Passing the Netflix list over to my hubby!!
