I love this look! My work is pretty casual so I can wear whatever I want (within reason). However, I do love how this outfit has a mixture of business but still wearable outside of work!

Banana always has such great structured pieces for work. And they have great selection of jewelry and really good sales. I shop there a lot for my husband too. I think I am going to have to get those block heeled suede pumps, when I saw them I instantly feel in love. Thanks for sharing.

This is awesome! I just bought three colors of the sloan pants! They fit SO well. Also, I cannot believe hose with all outfits, even in the summer at your old job. Ugh!! Glad you make your own rules now! 🙂 Did you see the bell-sleeved striped dress at Banana? Love it!
