5 Changes I’ve Made to Be More Sustainable

As I continue learning about sustainable living, I have found that the best way to be more sustainable is to buy and consume less overall; it simply comes down to small habit changes and a change in mindset. These are the five lifestyle changes that I’ve made in my everyday life to be more sustainable.

    Even in my old fart old age, I’m trying everything I can to reduce my “footprint” – just ordered cloth bags today for my fruits and veggies. Makes me crazy that they are still offering plastic bags at Whole Foods!

      Haha, I’m happy to hear that, Karen! I think that too sometimes, but am glad that you and I, and so many people, have stopped using them. Hopefully they will notice the decline in use and cut them out all together sooner rather than later! — Jess
