Happy Friday friends. We are getting ready for a few days up north at a lake house we rented in Vermont. Is it weird that I’m most excited for the dogs to be able to swim? We haven’t been able to take them anywhere because we’re always worried it’s going to be too crowded so they haven’t really gone swimming at all this summer. There’s just something about being on a lake in the mountains during the summer that’s good for the soul. I’m really looking forward to unplugging a bit and having some quality family time. We’ve been going a little wild with DIY projects over here, no idea why we do this to ourselves. We redid these nightstands and I love how they came out, and we decided to paint the kitchen walls and put in a tile backsplash, will share the finished project soon.
