Lemon Dijon Vinaigrette Recipe

I am a huge fan of homemade dressing. It’s easy, it’s affordable and it’s another great way to reduce waste at home. For summer I love light citrusy dressings, and this lemon dijon vinaigrette is a personal favorite. I’ve been making this for years to put on everything from salad to roasted veggies and potatoes. You can make a big batch and keep it in the fridge or just whip up enough for whatever you’re making. It takes less than 5 minutes and it’s delicious. Not the best photo of the dressing but hopefully gives you an idea of what you’re going for. The most important thing is it tastes really good. I hope you love it. Here’s the recipe for homemade lemon dijon vinaigrette.

Lemon Dijon Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients

Combine oil, vinegar, mustard, and juice of lemon and whisk or shake well until mixed. Add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy! A few recipe notes, I use whatever vinegar we have on hand, sometimes rice wine vinegar or white wine vinegar. If you don’t have walnut oil, avocado oil is fine (olive oil works too but it has a more distinct flavor than avocado oil and will change the taste of the dressing).

I made this dressing last night for an “everything but the kitchen sink” type of salad, and it was delicious. Thank you for sharing!

I love a good homemade vinaigrette, and this lemon dijon version sounds amazing. Once you start making dressings at home, it’s hard to go back to store-bought. They’re cheaper, fresher, and you can tweak them however you like. I usually keep a tiny jar in the fridge for quick lunches, especially on days when I’m trying to eat better instead of grabbing something fast (though I still cave for a sandwich now and then reading subway https://subway.pissedconsumer.com/review.html the other day reminded me why I prefer homemade). Excited to try this one!

Hey, I totally get the joy of making your own dressings—quick, affordable, and so much better than store-bought. While taking a short break from preparing my own batch of vinaigrette, a friend recommended the playjonny bonus , which offers bonuses for Canadian players. I tried a few quick spins just for fun, and although I didn’t win much at first, after taking a little more risk I landed a nice prize that lifted my mood. It was a fun little pause before getting back to experimenting with flavors in the kitchen.
