Craig’s parents came up to visit (they got the vaccine, yay!) so we were able to get out of the house alone and get our last day on the mountain (can count on one hand how many times it has happened over the last year). We also went on a walk at Billings Farm and were so lucky with gorgeous New England spring weather. I know it’s not quite spring yet but it’s less than two weeks away. Patagonia Nano Puff Jacket

This is probably my favorite Patagonia of all time. I also have it in black and it gets a TON of wear. It’s perfect for layering but light enough for warmer months (it’s awesome for travel because it’s so easy to pack). I love the white for spring (and summer, it’s cold on the water!). I can not tell you how happy I was to wear it with a light thermal underneath for our walk and on our last day of snowboarding for the season. It kept me toasty and dry.

Prana Pillar Legging

I’m a huge fan of Prana leggings and this pair is super comfortable. It’s thick enough to keep me warm when it’s a little chillier but not too hot for sunny days. They’re also a great layer under snow pants for spring boarding or skiing.

Goodr Polarized Sunglasses

I had to try these polarized sunglasses for $25 and I am happy to report they are awesome! I got the black on black for Craig and the light blue for myself. They’re super comfortable, lightweight and honestly hold up just as well as any of my more expensive polarized sunglasses. These will be great for days on the water come summer because of their anti-glare polarized lenses and anti-saltwater coating.

Blundstone Chelsea Boots

I’ll be talking about the Blundstone boots until I am blue in the face. They are so comfortable, versatile and sturdy. We are coming into mud season and these can hold up in any conditions. A great walking boot too. Sizing an be a little tricky, I am normally a 7/7.5 but ended up going with an 8 and then using the extra insert they provide with the boots. The chelsea boot needed almost no breaking in which is why it’s my favorite style!

Smartwool Merino Baselayer

This Smartwool baselayer is great because it’s the only layer I need under my Patagonia nano puff most days. It’s very lightweight and great for layering.

Vissla Eco Surfer Pant

I discovered this sustainable surf brand several years ago when I was in Panama. I got Craig a pair of their board shorts and they were an instant favorite. He loves these pants, made from recycled material, they are soft and comfortable. Great for his daily walks with Marin and Fuji and they feel like a sweatpant but look more like a pant. The perfect combo.

Patagonia Fjord Flannel Jacket

I’m sure I’ve shared this flannel jacket before because Craig lives in this thing. It’s great for this time of year because all he needs underneath is a t-shirt. It’s really warm but lightweight. He’s “put it through the ringer” as they say in Backcountry reviews and it has held up really well. The organic cotton flannel makes it super soft too.

Forsake Halden Boot

I got these boots as a Christmas gift for Craig and he has certainly gotten a lot of use from them. A great lightweight walking/hiking boot that he said were comfy right out of the box.

Patagonia Micro D Snap-T Fleece

My brother gave Marin this Patagonia for her birthday and it is awesome. It’s super warm but very lightweight and not too bulky so easy for her to move around in. It’s a great everyday layer even indoors because our house can be a little chilly. She fits into the 2T no problem, the sleeves are a little long but they roll up easily. It comes in a bunch of other colors and also in infant sizes and kids sizes. The best part, it’s made from 100% recycled materials!
